ELIGIBILITY OF USER

The Robsync Devices, Website and App and its services usage are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any Users “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If You are a minor and wish to use the Application, you may do so through Your legal guardian by adding you as a sub user.
Further, at any time during Your use of this Application, including but not limited to the time of registration, you are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of Your username and password, and any activity under the account shall be deemed to have been done by You. In the case we found that we received false and/or inaccurate details, we hold the right to permanently suspend Your account with no claim.
Those who choose to access the Robsync Devices, Website and App from outside India are responsible for compliance with Indian local laws if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.
You acknowledge and consent to be limited by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, just as rules, rules, approaches, terms, and conditions relevant to any assistance that is given by this Application, that will be regarded to be joined into this Terms of Use and will be considered as a vital part of this Terms of Use.

USE OF PRODUCT AND SERVICES

The Robsync web portal and Mobile application acts as an interface between you and Robsync device and give you full control and flexibility of user experience the system is built with subscription model; It is packed with several ultimate feature for full control of your requirement for connected electrical load from anywhere and it also gives you access for any brand of live IP camera view and recording on local intranet.
Any kind of tempering or wrong use or suspicious activities with the products after the installation by robsync team might lead to termination of future service and support. In other way if product is installed by user or third party, it would be the sole responsibility of the user or third party to have conduct the installation as per load rated specification and circuit diagram offered by us. Before in to this the user or third party must have adequate knowledge.
There will be no responsible for any kind of loose wiring, tampered wiring or already-existing wiring issues or voltage fluctuation, load setting up back voltage or sparking at your end. This is to bring in your notice that intended use of the products or service is purely personal and Robsync smart solutions Private Limited cannot be held responsible for its disproportionate, illegal or harmful usage.

CHARGES

There are no registration charges for user after opting a pre-defined package plan and also no fee policy for the first year subscription, Although life time free subscription offer is also available for pro and Elite package plan, In the event of any change in charges plan , Users shall be intimated of the same via email/telephone and such change shall be effective as soon as Users have been intimated.it is the choice of the User whether or not to continue with the services offered by Us.

USER OBLIGATIONS

1) Do not attempt hacking, unauthorised access or use of any illegitimate means to explore any unauthorized area.
2) No attempts should be made to breach the security.
3) You shall not use any malicious software or devices to interfere or interrupt the performance of device
4) You should not tamper with any personal information or data on the website.
5) You agree to ensure the email address provided in your account registration is valid at all times and shall keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
6) You acknowledge and agree that the third-party products are certified for use and will not affect or decrease level of safety.
7) Do not alter, recreate or do reverse engineering or distribute transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Application.
8) Use the Services or Materials for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering or identity theft;
9) Engage in any illegal activity where device is getting use violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular Service;
10) Any derogatory or defamatory statements regarding content on our website should not be made.
11) You shall also agree not to put a large load (DDoS attacks) on the website or perform any similar activity that shall hamper the normal functionality of the website.

REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

1) At any time, Robsync Smart Solutions Private Limited (“Robsync”) holds the right to change the pricing of its products without any kind of prior notice.
2) We at our end would try to ensure that all the details related to the pricing are accurate but in case of errors, the final rights of product pricing will be held by us.
3) In case of cancellations of the order Robsync Smart Solutions Private Limited (“Robsync”) will issue a full-refund after deduction of 10 % registration and setup charges.
4) The refund will be processed 3-5 working days and will be credited in your in your account.
5) Incase device is tampered or with broken seal there will be no refund.
6) You are not to return the product after it has been installed until unless there is any technical problem related to your wiring or user experience.

AUTO UPDATES

From time to time, the application may automatically check and update the software version for the device via our web platform and for mobile application via google or iOS platform, if applicable. Update will perform via accessing your device status and location and status to read or write, modify and delete data pertaining to the Application

INDEMNITY

Robsync smart solutions Private Limited will not be liable to compensate the user or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect or direct loss and whether or not the “Robsync” had been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortuous action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with the User’s use of or access to the Website/ Application and/or the Products or materials contained therein.

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable or responsible for damages for any delay or failure to perform due to Company, Website or the Application or to attend installation site or for delay in query response for any of sales ,if such failure or delay is due to or an attribute to Customer negligence’s or any act of God ,orders,restrictions,or regulation of government central or state, war like conditions ,hostilities, riots ,civil common strike ,lockouts, labour trouble, epidemics, lack or failure of source of supplies of raw, labour o power shortage ,breakdown of plant and machinery ,explosion, breakdown or accident or any other clause or circumstance of whatsoever nature beyond our control.
